1. About us


Unique Ebook is a digital storefront operated by Steve Dynamics (a Quebec-registered sole proprietorship), which sells and licenses digital ebooks to customers worldwide. By creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Use.


2. Accounts


You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering.


3. Purchases & Subscriptions


  • **One-time purchases** grant you a personal, non-transferable, perpetual license to download and read the ebook.
  • **Subscriptions** (Reader Monthly, Library Yearly, Founders Lifetime) grant you access to the full library for the duration of the plan.
  • All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes (TPS/TVQ, 15%).
  • Payments are processed by **Stripe, Inc.** You do not transmit card data to us.

    The Reader Monthly plan includes a 48-hour free trial. You may cancel during the trial at no cost. If you do not cancel, your card is charged automatically at the end of the trial.


    5. Refunds


    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any ebook or subscription. Contact us to request a refund within 30 days of purchase.


    6. Content licence


    You may download, read, and store your purchased ebooks for personal use on any device you own. You may not: resell, redistribute, share, publish, translate, or use the ebook content to train any machine-learning system.


    7. Intellectual property


    All titles, text, cover art and photographs on Unique Ebook are the exclusive property of Steve Dynamics or licensed to Steve Dynamics. Any reproduction without written consent is prohibited.


    8. Cancellation & closure


    You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchased ebooks remain accessible until account closure.


    9. Warranties & liability


    Ebooks are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by Quebec law, Steve Dynamics disclaims all implied warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.


    10. Governing law


    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
